About The Position

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to support property and energy data management for the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) Division of Energy Management’s (DEM) Data Analytics & Reporting Team (DART). The DEM serves as the central hub for energy management across City government operations, responsible for developing the City’s annual Heat, Light, and Power Budget, managing energy accounts, assisting agency partners in identifying energy-saving opportunities, overseeing energy efficiency projects, and implementing best practices. DEM is tasked with leading the City's efforts to reduce emissions from City government operations by 40% by 2025 and 50% by 2030. The Associate Data Analyst will support data collection from City agencies and other sources, maintain property data in a Salesforce environment and energy data in a SQL database, and support compliance with Local Law 84 of 2009. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Qualified energy management professionals.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.
