Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and to obtain the required security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis roles.
At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence, including dashboard/report creation and data-driven decision support.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into data solutions.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical analysis techniques.
Experience in business intelligence tools and methodologies (minimum 1 year)
Strong reporting and data visualization skills using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Leveraging data-driven insights to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Developing and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards.
Using advanced analytics tools and techniques to solve business problems.
Experience with data governance and ensuring data integrity.
Clear and concise presentation of data findings and business insights to stakeholders.
Ability to create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports.
