Associate Data Analyst - Remote in Puerto Rico
About The Position
Positions in this function are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality. Team members will typically use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data. If you are located in Puerto Rico, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges. Requirements
- 3+ years of total experience working with Power BI
- 3+ years of total experience in SQL
- Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in ambiguity
- Proficient communication in English
- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION

Responsibilities
- Work in data & business intelligence (BI) to connect dots and create insights (including dashboards)
- Create business intelligence solutions and models
- Perform analysis, interpret results, analyze & investigate, develop actionable insights and present recommendations
- Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis
