About The Position
This is a 100% onsite role in Springfield, 62704, for an Associate Customer Service Representative. The position is expected to last for 3+ months, with potential for extensions based on requirements. The role involves handling customer requests, processing orders, and assisting with various administrative duties.
Requirements
- Data Entry experience.
- High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
- Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with ServiceMax
Responsibilities
- Answer Phone Calls and direct to appropriate person.
- Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests
- Enter orders into SAP when PO received
- Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed.
- Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer
- Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive
- Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks
