As the Associate Customer Development Manager on the Target team, you will be a key influencer to the customer to grow sales, increase the share of market, improve services, and identify supply chain efficiencies. This position focuses on achieving sales goals through relationship management. You will help manage the relationship between Colgate and Target, communicating our corporate and brand strategies, understanding customer objectives and strategies, and ensuring maximum profitability and mutual success. You'll work with your team to develop and present business plans and understand and refine plan implications and customer input to build growth through increased market share and financial return. This role is based out of our Minneapolis, MN CD office. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and must not require the Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
