About The Position

Service, clean, and sanitize employee common areas, including breakrooms, restrooms, entryways, and other areas as required. Dust, clean, and sanitize various surfaces, including floors, mats, door handles, windows, mirrors, and other areas as required. Empty and dispose of trash receptacles. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas. Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Mix water, detergents, acids, or other cleaning solutions as needed, following safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations. Monitor and report any issues related to safety hazards, repairs, or maintenance needs. Appropriately escalating high-risk and major repairs in a timely manner as necessary. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. All other duties as needed.
