Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6+ months of experience in Portfolio Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinker.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests and internal inquiries
  • Review reserve disbursement requests
  • Ensure compliance with loan documents, including covenants
  • Complete necessary documentation for cash processing
  • Process payment day waterfalls
  • Review borrower financial statements and budgets
