Their services are on a pure pay-for-performance basis, meaning clients only pay if TubeScience's videos outperform their internal campaigns. Clients include large advertisers on FB and Instagram across various verticals like fashion, beauty, food, fitness apps, healthcare apps, and financial services. The company focuses on profitable growth with clients, increasing their investment by an average of 80%.

Requirements

  • Able to learn from training/examples and quickly execute new skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Able to work comfortably across Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Perform consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools/resources
  • Write scripts and copy for video and static image ads
  • Ensure visuals match creative strategy outlined for the ad
  • Give feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad
  • Execute on feedback given by your Strategy Lead
  • Identify top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysis
  • Identify effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystem
  • Utilize data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy
  • Collaborate with Post-Production, Production, and your Strategy Lead to produce videos
  • Analyze the results of creative tests and utilize this analysis to iterate
  • Contribute to weekly strategic account planning
