Requirements

5-7 years of experience selling and executing earned-first ideas for large clients.
Ability to collaborate with other disciplines.
Ability to clearly convey the vision for their work, explaining why it is right for the brand and relevant to the consumer.
A portfolio that demonstrates the required experience and skills.

Responsibilities

Work predominantly on a QSR brand, an airline, and a variety of other clients from candy to credit cards.
Take rough concepts and refine them, identifying what is interesting, what are the obstacles, and what the concept could become.
Collaborate with other creatives, strategists, and account partners.
Provide and accept constructive feedback to improve work and elevate team members.
Direct brainstorms.
Mentor junior creatives.
Help the team identify the strongest strategic thinking.
