Work closely with the CCO, Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors to implement the vision and direction for the client and team. Partner with an Art Director to come up with killer TV, social and digital campaigns. Lead and direct cross-disciplinary development and execution of short-term (project specific) and long-term (account specific) creative strategies. Coordinate with creative director and resource manager in projections for, and assignment of, creative discipline group members to client projects. Work on everything from high-level brand concepting and ideation to daily execution on client deliverables. Direct and guide art directors and writers in the creation of advertising. Delivers internal presentations to senior creative personnel and/or clients.
