About The Position

Real Chemistry is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy to join their growing team. 21GRAMS, part of Real Chemistry, is a full-service healthcare advertising agency focused on making healthcare feel more human. The Associate Creative Director, Copy will be responsible for leading creative engagements across multiple healthcare client accounts and will be a creative wordsmith. This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of their U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN.

Requirements

Pharma/healthcare writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences
5-7+ years of health care/pharma experience in an agency environment
A consistent record of creative ability and judgment
A comprehensive creative portfolio, demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities and ability to produce work in high-science pharma categories

Responsibilities

Can structure a complete narrative and be able to write in different voices to suit client and audience
Work with ACD, Art partner to produce standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences
Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
Manage teams, creative output and client relationships
Concepts, campaign execution that are in line with client strategy
Oversee day to day deliverables for team under tight deadlines while delivering best in class work to market.
Mentor teams both internally and externally
Manage awards submissions and case studies for brand
Participate in high level projects and new business pitches
