As strategic partners, they focus on building brands and accelerating digital transformation for clients aiming to break through creative barriers. This Associate Creative Director (ACD) role is pivotal in defining how a brand manifests at scale. The ACD will establish and evolve the design systems and visual language that power all brand expressions, from campaigns to product experiences and everyday digital touchpoints. The role involves leading the creation of cohesive, flexible systems to ensure consistency without compromising creativity, making every brand expression intentional, elevated, and unmistakably connected. The ACD will operate at both conceptual and executional levels, guiding teams from initial ideas through final craft, ensuring work is visually compelling and strategically sound.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, art direction, or design, with a strong foundation in digital-first brand building
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual systems, brand evolution, and high-quality digital execution
  • Deep expertise in building and scaling design systems across multiple channels and teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with a strong command of component systems, libraries, and scalable frameworks
  • A refined eye and exceptional taste, with the ability to set and maintain a high creative bar
  • Ability to clearly articulate creative decisions and connect them to broader business and brand objectives
  • Experience leading and mentoring creative teams, with a focus on developing strong, thoughtful designers
  • A strategic mindset, with an understanding of how creative systems enable speed, consistency, and performance

  • Guide visual direction for launches, ensuring consistency from concept through execution
  • Elevate the overall creative standard and craft across all digital outputs
  • Bring a strong point of view and push work forward without overcomplicating it
  • Operate in ambiguity, helping shape direction rather than waiting for it
  • Build systems, guide teams, and create an environment where great design can scale
