Requirements

Strong experience in foreclosure case management, including handling contested matters
Ability to prepare, review, and approve legal pleadings and documentation
Experience representing clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions (telephonic and in-person)
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
Strong understanding of chain of title review and legal accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to make timely decisions and maintain attention to detail
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Licensed and in good standing with Maryland and Virginia State Bars
Residency in Baltimore, MD or Alexandria, VA
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
