Requirements

Superior academic credentials
Excellent analytical skills
Strong writing skills
6+ years of relevant experience
Interest in ERISA
Experience in securities and banking law

Nice To Haves

Legal experience working on ERISA fiduciary issues including retirement plan investments, fiduciary governance, plan reporting and disclosure, and fee disclosure requirements.
Familiarity with plan services arrangements and investment products is a plus.
