In this role, you will assist the cost management team with successful completion of deliverables, organizing, reviewing, and preparing documents. You will focus on providing quality service to internal and external clients and have an opportunity to learn and grow your career. Nice To Haves

  • Education: AA or BS in Construction, Cost Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field Experience: an undergraduate degree or up to 3 years industry experience is expected for this position
  • Preferred Certification: Working towards Professional Certification – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Prepare deliverables as directed to quality standards expected from manager.
  • Review and evaluate project related documentation.
  • Maintain Cost management files in an organized manner, according to company standards and process.
  • Assist as needed with preparing documents for proposals, presentations, and cost management submissions under the direct supervision of the cost management team.
  • Submit requests for pricing from vendors and sub-contractors for specific scopes, products, and services.
  • Developing knowledge of specialism and industry focus.
  • Develop understanding of methods of measurement, delivery methods, construction technology and contracts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.
