Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate transactional work at a top-tier law firm.
- Strong interest in developing or continuing a practice in corporate tax.
- A JD from a top U.S. or Canadian law school and a sharp analytical mind.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in tax law is a significant plus, but not a must—curiosity and drive are key.
Responsibilities
