About The Position

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and its three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure the company maintains its fast growth trajectory. The team has been instrumental in significant strategic decisions, including the transition to cloud, expansion into digital marketing leadership, and positioning in Generative AI. As an Associate, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team with expertise in management consulting, digital media, and marketing. Your responsibilities will cover a broad range of strategic topics, including developing product strategies, assessing technological trends like GenAI, analyzing the competitive landscape, defining Adobe's future strategic positioning, and evaluating market adjacencies and pursuit strategies (build, buy, or partner). You will drive projects and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate Adobe's long-term growth, supporting senior executives with their critical challenges. This role offers invaluable insights into executive decision-making processes, provides significant senior executive exposure, and often serves as a pathway to operational and general management roles within the company.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience at a management consulting firm or within an equivalent corporate strategy group
  • Experience operating in a digital/consumer internet or SaaS environment
  • Prior understanding of digital marketing or digital advertising highly desired
  • Proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
  • Creative problem solver with a bias for action
  • Relentless yet passionate about collaboration. Debates and discussions lead to good outcomes for all involved. They also set a positive tone for cross-functional teams.
