Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in M&A advisory business.
• Knowledge and skills of corporate valuation and accounting.
• Previous investment banking experience analyzing and executing M&A transactions and financing (3-5 yrs.).
• High level of PC skills in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee production of supporting analyses for M&A and related financings.
• Participate in client meetings and assist RMs in client coverage.
• M&A analyses to support internal transaction approvals.
• Leverage analyses and detailed industry research to develop transactional ideas and support the sourcing of potential acquisitions.
• Analyze the operational/market impact of potential transactions, including analysis of market share, products, geographic impact and other strategic factors.
• Analyze strategies and M&A initiatives of our clients, present recommendations to management.
