Entry Level - Associate Controls Engineer - Louisville, CO
About The Position
Pigler Automation is seeking to expand its team with the addition of an Associate Controls Engineer. The company has embraced a work-from-anywhere model, with much of the work performed remotely, but engineers also have the opportunity to be hands-on by visiting site locations when required. Semi-annual gatherings are held in Louisville, Colorado for the team to connect.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Computer Science with a focus on Process Control. In lieu of an Engineering Degree 5+ years process control work experience may be considered.
- Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
- Must have and maintain a valid state issued driver license.
- Must be able to display a high level of self-motivation.
- Must be able to work in a group environment.
- Must be a person striving for perfection with a high level of quality in their work.
Nice To Haves
- Previous exposure to Siemens or other Process Control Systems
- Familiar with CAD systems (AutoCAD, ePlan)
- Programming experience, familiar with the object-oriented programming concept.
- Second language
