About The Position

Mission Measurement (MM) is the world leader in measuring social outcomes, helping government agencies define, analyze, and improve the results of grant investments. At the core of their work is the Impact Genome Registry, a database of outcomes and cost benchmarks from over 2.2 million social programs. MM is seeking an analytically strong Associate to work directly with government clients on outcomes measurement and evidence-informed grantmaking. Associates will build measurement frameworks, analyze program portfolios, and translate data into decisions. This is a consulting role focused on fast-paced work and polished deliverables for senior audiences. The role is suitable for early-career professionals with a background in evaluation, data, or social impact, who are comfortable with ambiguity. As part of a small, growing team, Associates will have significant ownership, client exposure, and leadership interaction. The position is primarily remote with an expectation to transition to in-office work in 2026, and candidates should be located near Washington DC.
