Lumanity is dedicated to improving patient health by accelerating and optimizing access to medical advances. We partner with life sciences companies around the world to generate evidence to demonstrate the value of their product, translate the science and data into compelling product narratives, and enable commercial decisions that position these products for success in the market. We do this through strategic and complementary areas of focus: Asset Optimization and Commercialization, Value Access and Outcomes, Medical Strategy and Communications, and Real-World Evidence. We are seeking a talented individual to join our HEOR Research team as an Associate Consultant, specialising in Value & Access. This is a perfect opportunity for a self-motivated new graduate looking to start a career and gain experience in the evolving and increasingly important health economics and patient outcomes industry, with a focus on clinical evidence review and market access. Our Research team comprises four core specialisms: Value & Access, Evidence Review, Economic Modelling, and Statistics. We offer a structured graduate programme in which the successful candidate will spend approximately half their time focusing on clinical evidence review and market access, and half their time gaining experience across the other specialisms. Where possible, cross-specialism experience is gained through end-to-end involvement in multi-disciplinary projects, giving you exposure to how different elements of HEOR work together in practice. The successful candidate will be enrolled in our training programme developing technical, scientific, and consulting skills in all areas. As you progress in your career you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills in value and access while also developing a secondary specialism — Evidence Review, Economic Modelling, or Statistics — based on your interests and strengths.
