Nüvitek is seeking an Associate Consultant, Power Platform to develop and configure Power Platform solutions under established technical guidance and standards. This role will support application development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, deployments, and user support. The consultant will build their technical expertise while collaborating with senior team members to deliver successful solutions. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Requirements

Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
3 years of relevant professional experience in software development, application development, or related technical disciplines.
Experience developing or configuring solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and related technologies.
Understanding of basic software development concepts, databases, integrations, and application lifecycle practices.
Ability to understand technical requirements and contribute to application design and development.
Experience troubleshooting application issues and resolving technical problems with appropriate guidance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to document technical work clearly.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
Willingness to learn new technologies and develop Power Platform expertise.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
Experience supporting federal government customers or government contracting environments.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.
Experience building Power Apps or Power Automate solutions in a professional environment.
Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, source control, or CI/CD practices.
Experience supporting application testing, deployment, or user training.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and related technologies.
Support the development of business applications and automated workflows based on defined requirements and technical guidance.
Configure application components, data sources, forms, workflows, and integrations using established development standards.
Assist with designing and implementing solutions that meet business requirements and IT standards.
Participate in application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
Support user requests, application enhancements, and defect resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, workflows, data structures, and deployment activities.
Participate in technical design and code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior team members.
Assist with software releases, deployments, installations, user training, and ongoing application support.
Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Follow established development, security, documentation, testing, and quality standards.
Continue developing technical expertise across Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
