Responsible for the daily account management and servicing activities of Captive Practice Clients, including new and renewal business processes. Serves as the procedural and technical resource for the Alternative Risk and National Captive Practice and is involved in supporting Captive Consultants and Practice Leaders with development of new opportunities, retention of business, Client education meetings and new product and partner development. The position will collaborate with the captive practice leaders in the development, analysis, and servicing of captive and alternative risk opportunities for clients and prospects. The individual will also help support national clients and core partner relationships. The position will report directly to the company’s Alternative Risk and National Captive Practice Leader and will interact with producers, account executives, consultants, clients, prospects, and external service providers.
