About The Position
Aleysian, headquartered in Chicago, is a dynamic and innovative digital transformation consulting firm specializing in Salesforce and AI-driven business solutions for the private sector. We are seeking a creative and driven Associate Consultant to join our growing team! In this client-facing role you will assist in gathering configuration requirements from clients and collaborate with team members in designing, implementing and testing solutions for client business needs. After self-led training and on-project work, our Associate Consultant possesses broad knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce and various AI tools and will configure the tool in response to client needs and planned usage for the platform. Our ideal candidates are interested in learning both Salesforce and AI platforms and able to work cross-functionally. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown Chicago office.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities

- Ability to work well both individually and within a team
- Comfortable working in a small company and a fast-paced environment
- Take a proactive approach to developing individual technical and consulting skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Eligible to work in the United States without limitation
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to determine business requirements
- Document a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business
- Support the configuration of the environment according to client specifications and project scope
- Documentation and Testing of Application functionality
- Collaborate with team members to validate that Solution meets business requirements and functions as desired by the client
- Develop training materials for users and other consultants
