About The Position

This role is designed for someone who thinks like a consumer first, has instincts about what makes content land and brands feel human, and understands how to build an engaged community. The position involves a deliberate growth arc, starting with managing communications that bring the consumer community into brand campaigns and evolving to owning how the community is built, engaged, and nurtured over time. The role emphasizes in-office collaboration, with team members present Monday through Thursday to foster faster professional development through feedback and observed judgment. The community is central to Ripple Street's success, as engaged consumers who try products, share experiences, and write reviews are the reason brand partners collaborate with the company.

Requirements

  • Strong written voice that is human, warm, and on-brand.
  • Real fluency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), understanding how they work, what performs, and why.
  • Curiosity about data and a readiness to develop an analytical view of community engagement.
  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience with relevant internships or content work.
  • An appetite for personal and professional growth, with excitement for evolving role responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Write and deploy email communications for community members, including recruitment emails, activity-driving emails, and program compliance communications.
  • Participate in conversations with the campaign team to understand community messaging development and delivery.
  • Build a working knowledge of how the community engages with Ripple Street, including motivations for participation and areas of friction.
  • Take ownership of Ripple Street's consumer-facing social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others).
  • Develop content strategy, voice, and cadence to build community and attract new members.
  • Design programming and moments to strengthen community ties outside of specific campaigns.
  • Surface and celebrate content and stories created by community members.
  • Test ideas for organic community growth.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and data team on insights into community health, engagement, and growth.
  • Partner with the marketing team to integrate community insights into broader brand and partner storytelling.
  • Contribute fresh ideas on how social and community trends can enhance company efforts.

Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000–$65,000 based on experience
