About The Position

Strategic leader of business-critical product portfolio initiatives and portfolio reviews by partnering with various cross-functional groups to support business priorities. Project management process expert - owns project execution and adherence to stage gate processes from project initiation (confirming correct project type & tier) through 1st delivery to the customer.

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-5+ years of related work experience, preferably in CPG - Product Lifecycle Management

Responsibilities

• Supports commercial portfolio reviews and acts as key partner point of contact for the respective portfolio leader (Sr Mgr / Mgr), in partnership with the portfolio operations team. Provides expert analysis, mines insights, and recommends actions while delivering forward-looking project portfolio visibility and viability, financial assessment, and capacity indicators to drive prioritization and business decisions. 10%
• Contributes to Stage-Gate process design across Types and Tiers for the assigned individual projects and participates in initiatives to continuously improve the Stage-Gate process, deliverables, Accolade system, and/or project portfolio management tools. 10%
• Provides critical leadership role in ensuring the successful development and execution of Medium / Low complexity projects for the commercialization of new and changing products/pack types, actively leading timelines, defining scope, managing resources, holding functions responsible for deliverables, and owning the budget, while requiring considerable coaching. 60%
• Accountable to deliver profitability and operational success by problem solving, removing roadblocks, elevating risks/issues, developing risk mitigation plans/contingencies, and facilitating decision making to drive projects forward through the stage gate process. 20%
