About The Position

The Brand Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years marketing experience within hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership skills that demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and team orientation.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.
  • Developing, managing and executing an annual marketing plan and budget.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Professional, and internet browser software.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department and regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to successfully lead and mentor a team.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Position required licenses

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a Manager level role within a similar environment.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Forecast resource requirements and manage them efficiently.
  • Prepare budgets based on project scope and resource needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, progress, and adjustments.
  • Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
  • Monitor and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage CMS platforms for ongoing updates and custom development with external vendors.
  • Oversee SEO best practices and manage all aspects of the program, including audits and optimization goals.
  • Translate data insights into actionable website and campaign improvements, including UX enhancements in collaboration with Creative and Product teams.
  • Implement website changes based on legal and compliance feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Retail, Human Resources, Entertainment, and Casino Marketing.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for operational tasks, document review, and communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
