About The Position

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Kansas City, MO is hiring an Associate Commercial Project Manager. The Associate Commercial Project Manager acts as the customers’ primary contact and liaison related to supply of products and services from the site. Ensure customer satisfaction by taking ownership of sales order process from receipt to dispatch and billing, including related KPI’s and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the customer organization and ensure a consistent experience whilst promoting the Catalent brand.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales or project management is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary customer/site contact for assigned accounts (internal & external).
  • Creates sales orders in the system in line with customer request date and send written order acknowledgement with firm promise date.
  • Ensures customer forecast are received on a regularly agreed periods
  • Communicate schedules, issues, and proactive updates.
  • Counsels customers on forecast and order expectations to include escalation as appropriate.
  • Provide timely updates on open orders of third-party customers.
  • Provide required reporting and information related to customer supplied material.
  • Provide support and information related to product shipments.
  • Manage invoicing process for international and external customers
  • Ensure customer is billed appropriately for all products and services provided.
  • Work with Finance Department to confirm POD and reconcile revenue accounts.
  • Track and provide customer related data and metrics to management.
  • Track on Time Delivery (OTD) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for customers and provide feedback to management.
  • Support the facilitation and improvement of Project Management routines
  • All other duties as assigned.
