Manage the day-to-day operations in the Student Records Management Office. This includes supervision and evaluation of staff, establishing quality customer service, providing staff training, serving as residency determining official, troubleshooting admission, registration and graduation Banner issues. Also responsible for monitoring departmental budget, enforcing TSI standards, and ensuring the confidential maintenance of class rolls and grades. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of FERPA, college admission policies and procedures, transfer of credit, official transcripts, degree evaluation, and grading practices. Must have a working knowledge of financial aid, testing and Banner.
