About The Position
Defines, plans, implements, and monitors patient care delivery, fiscal management, human resource management and departmental operations for defined care areas. Takes a leadership role in developing policy and standards for patient care services and operational goal attainment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required.
- BSN required.
- Minimum of 8 years progressive clinical and management experience.
- Proven track record as both a Nurse or Program Manager and Nursing / Clinical Director
- Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of New Jersey
Nice To Haves
- Doctoral Degree preferred.
- Certification in Nursing leadership
- Certification in clinical practice are preferred
- Membership in professional organization encouraged
