Job Title: Associate Clinician (AMFT / ASW / APCC) (Outpatient/Community Based) Division/Program: Adult Full Service Partnership Starting Compensation: 75000 - 85000 USD Per Year Working Location: Fresno, CA Working Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday, flexible hours based on client availability; typically within regular business hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Why Join Our Team? Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG: Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university required. (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting is required (student internship and/or practicum time may be substituted). Experience in a community-based therapy setting preferred. Mental Health Specialist II: Licensed as AMFT, ACSW, or APCC, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW required. Valid California Driver's License required. How you will make a difference: Identifies immediate risks and needs and develops a plan to address them in collaboration with the treatment team. Identifies ongoing treatment needs and develops plans, diagnoses, and updates problem lists as needed. Facilitate treatment team meetings. Uses a "whatever it takes" approach to provide services in various settings, including homes, schools/work, and community and office settings. Uses a personal vehicle to drive to and from off-site locations to provide services. May be required to transport participants in a personal vehicle. Available for 24/7 on-call services to assist in crisis intervention and to provide support for problem resolution. On-call is scheduled on a rotating basis. Documents all services provided clearly and concisely within the Electronic Health Record within the timelines and framework established by Central Star. In collaboration with the team, complete all required reports and documentation for regulatory bodies. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university required.
