About The Position

Medpace is hosting a Virtual Recruitment Event for individuals with a PhD or Postdoctoral Research experience in Life Sciences, specifically within Cardiovascular, Renal, GI, Endocrine, or Metabolic research areas. This event is an opportunity for those looking to transition from academia to the Clinical Trials Industry. The Associate Clinical Trial Manager (aCTM) role is a full-time, office-based position within the global Clinical Operations team. The aCTM will collaborate with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers on trial management activities, applying analytical and academic skills to clinical project administration. This role offers recent PhD graduates foundational training, an international work environment, and a path for accelerated career growth in therapeutic research and development.

Requirements

  • PhD in Life Sciences area is required; upcoming PhD graduates or Postdocs are welcome to apply!
  • A background in one of our key therapeutic focus areas: Cardiovascular, Renal / Nephrology, GI/Gastrointestinal/Gastroenterology, Endocrine, or Metabolic
  • Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and collaborate on global study activities; working closely with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager
  • Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks consistently with a high degree of accuracy
  • Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within the clinical trial management system
  • Interact with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors
  • Provide oversight and quality control of our internal regulatory filing system
  • Provide oversight and management of study supplies
  • Create and maintain project timelines
  • Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes
