Multiple Associate Clinical Research Coordinator positions are available across various locations and departments, including Gastroenterology, Neurology, Radiology, Surgery, Orthopedics, Endocrinology, Cardiovascular Medicine, Psychiatry & Psychology, and the Office of Clinical Trials. Positions offer varied schedules and shifts to accommodate individual needs, with FTEs ranging from supplemental to full-time. Some roles may be temporary (less than one year) or limited tenure (1-2 years), with the potential to become regular positions. Mayo Clinic will assess qualifications and preferences to match applicants with suitable current openings.

Responsibilities

Coordinate non-therapeutic (i.e. minimal risk, survey, chart review) clinical research protocols with direction from the principal investigator and/or supervisor in compliance with regulatory laws and institutional guidelines. May assist in complex studies with direction but does not have overall responsibility for these studies.
Screen, enroll, and recruit research participants.
Coordinate schedules and monitor research activities and subject participation.
Recognize adverse events, protocol deviations, and other unanticipated problems and reports appropriately.
Collect, abstract, and enter research data.
Perform administrative and regulatory duties related to the study as assigned.
Participate in other protocol development activities and executes other assignments as warranted and assigned.
