About The Position

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Clinical Manager (ACM) to support our East Contra Costa region. This full-time hybrid role is designed for a clinically driven leader passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), quality assurance, and supporting both clients and clinical teams. The ACM is responsible for clinical oversight, case management, treatment fidelity, and continuous client progress across home, school, center, community, and telehealth settings. This role also supports the development of strong clinical teams through supervision, mentorship, and operational leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or behavioral healthcare
  • Experience must include leadership, staff supervision, and operational oversight
  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active and unrestricted BCBA certification required
  • Must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications in good standing

  • Experience providing direct ABA services and clinical support
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience mentoring BTs, ACSs, and clinical teams
  • Parent training and caregiver collaboration experience
  • Knowledge of CentralReach documentation and scheduling systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to BTs, ACSs, and clinical staff
  • Develop, review, and support implementation of BIPs, treatment plans, assessments, and progress reports
  • Monitor treatment fidelity, behavioral data, and client progress to ensure quality care
  • Conduct overlaps, supervise transitions, and support staff development
  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards, HIPAA, documentation requirements, and company policies
  • Manage caseload operations, authorizations, scheduling oversight, and reporting timelines
  • Support parent training, caregiver collaboration, and professional communication with families
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Operations, and multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery and clinical outcomes
