About The Position

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking an Associate Clinical Director (ACD) to lead clinical excellence in their newest region in Garner, NC. This role offers the opportunity to step into a Director-level position with significant influence, focusing on leading clinical and administrative operations. ALP is the largest female clinician-led ABA agency in the country, emphasizing growth, learning, and making a difference. The ACD will oversee all clinical and administrative operations within their region, drive regional excellence by meeting client satisfaction, retention, and financial goals, and collaborate with senior leaders on business strategies and growth. The role involves leading and supporting a team of supervisors, promoting a positive culture, utilizing data for clinical quality initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA Certification required
  • Active LBA in the state of New York as issued by the New York Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
  • At least 3-5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations management experience
  • Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required
