The Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) position is a 6-9 month training program designed for individuals with limited or no prior electrophysiology (EP) experience. Upon successful completion of the training, the ACAS will be promoted to a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS). In the CAS role, the candidate will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance, as well as training, to physicians and EP lab staff on the effective use of BWI’s systems and catheter equipment, such as The CARTO® System, associated software modules, and RF generator, during procedures within an assigned territory. The primary objective is to meet and exceed business goals. The ACAS will work under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Key responsibilities include attending all aspects of the ACAS fellowship training program, engaging with internal and external business partners to develop solutions, understanding the dynamics of an EP lab environment and its personnel, prioritizing and responding to requests in a high-stress setting, maintaining composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions, responding to daily requests via email and voicemail, and fostering collaboration and open communication with the local team, support teams, and other partners. The role also includes responsibility for adhering to all company guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental practices, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
