About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting Creative projects for medium- to low-complexity accounts and projects with manager support. The position requires strong process and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver against multiple, competing deadlines. The Associate will build an understanding of Creative capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods, and will begin to support timeline management and communication with Operations teams. Key responsibilities include supporting KAP setup/link testing, assisting with questionnaire development, sample design, and analytic plans for less complex projects, and observing these processes for higher-complexity projects. The role also involves supporting proposal development, participating in client discussions with supervision, and supporting data analysis and first report drafts for medium-low complexity projects, with the goal of fully owning low-complexity drafts. Additionally, the Associate will read verbatims, review dashboards, notify clients when ready, develop dashboard demonstration skills, assist with presentation development, proactively identify and participate in issue resolution, and support communication with KMP PMs and Operations teams. The role encourages taking ownership of skill development through training and asking questions, optimizing delivery efficiency without sacrificing quality, challenging the status quo, and performing in-depth quality checks. The Associate will also contribute to creating an inclusive and positive environment and attend ERG/social community meetings.

Requirements

  • 1 + years of professional experience or strong internships / MMR programs.
  • Market research experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologies.
  • Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple /competing deadlines.
  • Prior project management experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., data management / cross tab and other proprietary tools).
  • Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams and among multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem-solving.
  • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven and ability to take initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines.

Nice To Haves

  • Market research experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologies.
  • Prior project management experience preferred.
