As a Client Service Manager I, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality, efficient support tailored to their needs. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values client satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that each client receives the care and attention they deserve. You'll work closely with our Production team to lead the renewal process, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. By building strong relationships with clients and understanding their goals, you'll secure existing business and identify opportunities to offer additional services. When our Producers or Account Executives are unavailable, you'll step in as the first point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and support. Your efforts will directly contribute to client satisfaction and the growth of our business.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client service or claims management.
A Producer's Licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in presentations.
A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and working independently.

Nice To Haves

Experience in insurance or managing client relationships is a plus.
