We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing II to join our Total Wealth Services Ops team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience is preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to maintain high accuracy and precision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Capable of identifying discrepancies, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to process improvements.
  • Able to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provide analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
  • Participate in straightforward process enhancement, and testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high-value transactions.
  • Solve problems based on an understanding of system intricacies and integrate in-depth area knowledge with industry standards to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Manage situations requiring adaptation of response or extensive research according to client needs.
  • May allocate and check work of support team members and be responsible for supervisory review, training, and approval actions.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
