As our Associate Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll support the Account Management team with timely and accurate handling of client accounts, and provide ongoing administrative, marketing and client service support to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree
- 3-5 years' experience in employee benefits or insurance related company
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service
