About The Position

The Associate Client Data Operations Specialist researches business unit data problems and provides recommendations for solutions. This role actively resolves the day-to-day needs of the business unit, focusing on systems, processes, and quality. The specialist will research process maps, written documents, user guides, manuals, and training materials, with support from team leads as needed. Ensuring all assigned tasks are performed in a timely manner is crucial to meet processing schedules and service level agreements, while maintaining system integrity.

Requirements

High School diploma, or equivalent
Two years of experience in financial services industry
English (Required)

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Experience and knowledge of Client Information Systems

Responsibilities

Identifies and resolves data quality issues; actively participates in data governance processes to ensure the highest quality data is maintained and available.
Recommends to team lead and management changes to policies, procedures, and processing flows, while maintaining a working knowledge to support the platforms and interfacing applications.
Stays up-to-date with corporate and platform operating policies and procedures to understand and assess the impact of recurring problems.
Assists with system implementation and training that becomes necessary as a result of system or policy changes. Identifies internal efficiencies and system enhancements.
Analyzes basic information and makes decisions within guidelines or standard practices to solve problems. Assists in research and problem resolution.
