About The Position

Marsh is seeking candidates for the Associate Client Advisor - Aviation position in their Atlanta office. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. The role involves on-the-job, computer-based, and side-by-side training to develop expertise. You will work alongside senior colleagues to gain experience and skill sets for professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Industry experience along with P&C license, or ability to obtain

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the insurance industry or aviation industry is an advantage but not essential
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects and with clients
• High degree of fluency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with underwriters and clients
• Create underwriter submission presentations, which are presented to global insurance markets
• Assist brokers in the negotiation and administration of complex clients
• Lead the broker function for select clients
• Participate and add value to projects as the business requires
