The firm represents clients in complex litigation and at any stage of enterprise development, in practice areas that include business litigation, real estate litigation, business formation and development, commercial collections, sports and entertainment law, bankruptcy litigation, insurance coverage, class action defense, and appellate practice. This is a full-time Mid-Senior Level Associate Attorney role with Salisian LLP. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing litigation cases from initiation to completion in state and federal courts and arbitration, including preparation and drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings, arguing motions in court and making other court appearances, interfacing and building relationships with clients, taking and defending depositions, and preparation for and participation in trials. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office location in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

• 3-8 years civil litigation experience required.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (Top 50 preferred).
• Admission to the California State Bar.

Responsibilities
