With approximately 150 employees across 6 branch offices and over 40 licensed professional engineers, WWC Engineering is a service-driven team that values service, quality, and integrity. This Full-Time Associate Civil Engineer position in Casper, WY, starting in May 2027, offers the opportunity to apply problem-solving skills on a variety of engineering projects in a supportive and collaborative environment. The role involves construction administration, design work, and client interaction, providing a diverse and challenging workload for professional growth and community impact.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university degree program.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to plan and schedule work, and complete assignments within established budgets and timelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Diligent and dependable.
• Able to work on a wide variety of projects.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to be covered by WWC's vehicle insurance.
