About The Position

HealthSource Chiropractic of St. Cloud is seeking a high-energy, friendly Associate Chiropractor/Future Owner to join their team. This is a fast-paced, upbeat Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab clinic focused on helping patients of all ages achieve pain relief and return to their desired activities through a comprehensive range of services including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, acupuncture, laser therapy, massage therapy, custom orthotics, nutrition, and wellness products. The clinic values a team-oriented approach with strong training and mentorship, including business training. The practice offers training and support in all areas of practice success, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic degree
Licensure in Minnesota or ability to get licensed in Minnesota
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment

Nice To Haves

Acupuncture certification a plus
Willingness to get acupuncture certification also a plus
Experience with therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, acupuncture, cupping, microcurrent, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.

Responsibilities

Support the clinical operations of the clinic
Perform community outreach
Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions.
Perform Chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculo-skeletal system, where necessary.
Practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.
Educate patients on the quality of life and benefits of chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
