Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field, equivalent relevant experience may substitute for a degree
Computer skills
Ability to stand at lab bench for long periods of time
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Lab experience- benchwork and instrumentation
Ability to interact well with co-workers, problem-solve, understand statistics
Strong writing skills

Responsibilities

Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
Performs skilled analytical procedures accurately and precisely without supervision
Writes and updates SOPs, analytical methods
Learns new analyses with minimal guidance
Understands and troubleshoots laboratory instrumentation and procedures
Communicates results and interpretation of results to clients
Maintains a superior level of QC performance
Helps coordinate work of technicians to meet hold times, rush, promised, and standard laboratory turnaround times
Verifies assigned analyses
Trains others in analytical procedures, principles, instrumentation, and safety practices
Assists technicians and laboratory assistants as needed
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Performs other duties as assigned
