Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred.
- 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.
- 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual and emotional care to patients, families, staff, and community members of diverse backgrounds.
- Assess, deliver, and document pastoral care, including prayer, blessings, and spiritual support.
- Guide ethical decision-making and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Support and implement spiritual care programs and ministry initiatives.
