This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a physician-led, value-based care organization focused on senior populations, clinical outcomes, and operational performance. POSITION OVERVIEW The Associate Center Clinical Director oversees clinical operations within an assigned market, directly managing and mentoring Clinical Directors while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, performance metrics, and patient outcomes. This role combines executive-level leadership with direct patient care responsibilities. Requirements

  • MD or DO REQUIRED
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty REQUIRED
  • Active Missouri Medical License REQUIRED or ability to obtain
  • Active DEA REQUIRED
  • Minimum 2+ years clinical experience REQUIRED
  • Value-based care / managed care experience REQUIRED
  • MUST have experience driving clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and patient panel performance
  • MUST be comfortable leading physicians, NPs, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to travel up to 30% REQUIRED
