About The Position

The Associate Capital Director serves as the second member of a two-person capital function and reports directly to the Lead Capital Director. The role oversees capital expenditures across a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets. It independently manages defensive capital expenditure (CAPEX) and renovation projects and performs first-level technical reviews of due diligence, budgets, contracts, and draws within delegated authority. The role also evaluates construction and operational risks, supports insurance renewals, coordinates environmental incident responses, escalates matters outside its authority, and maintains awareness of relevant laws, building codes, and market trends. The position is based on-site in New York, New York. Expected compensation is $150,000–$200,000 per year.
