About The Position

Support the efficient management of all Department/Bureau operations by participating in the preparation and implementation of relevant policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all statutory and strategic mandates pertaining to the Department/Bureau. Perform basic and routine work assignments and consult other staff for more complex issues. Assist in various projects and initiatives as needed. Handle coordination of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and assist in researching to develop and improve policies and practices around business operations.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree OR Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate.
  • 4 years of administrative work, analytical work, or directly related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
